Larry White graduated from Colton High School in 1976 then returned for one year in 1989 before moving to Rancho Buena Vista.

Louise Jacob, trombone player in the early 90's, graduated, went to CSU Hayward and first job was back at Fairfield High School as the Co-Director with Russ Campbell (me).

Gordon Murphy graduated from Fremont HS (Sunnyvale, CA)
in either 65 or 66, went to SJSU and was the director at
Fremont until (?) 1976.

Katie Barton--Moore Middle School (Redlands)
Paul Locke--Redlands High School (I think he was the director in the late 90s?) Curtiss Allen also went to RHS and was the director after Paul Locke.
Adelle Glass--Graduated from RHS and is the director at Redlands East Valley.

2 of my PCC/CSULA cohorts are Alumni band directors.
Tony Castro - Schurr HS
Phil Bailey - Temple City HS (Asst. Dir.)
And all my students assume that I am an alumni Band director as well, but alas, I went to Alhambra...

Fremont until (?) 1976. That sounds about right. Bob Farrington (now at De Anza College) was director for 5 years in the 70s likely 76-80 (I should ask him again), then Joe Hinds until 1992 or 93, Joe Howard until 2000, and then myself 2000-present.

that Charter Oak band in 1991 was a bit rebellious, but sure was a pleasure to watch! Especially that right front guide in the parade block... ...who was that guy...

Actually BD94Euph it was a parade block in December 1990 because we graduated in 1991.
