Davidson middle school in San Rafael California is looking for a new Color Guard instructor for the 22/23 School year. Davidson has participated in *NCBA parade and winter guard competitions and hopes to resume these activities. This should be considered a new program. Recruiting can start this Spring. Candidates must have colorguard experience. This is a stipend position.
The instructor will be responsible for:
Recruiting and training members.
Schedule practices.
Creating a colorguard routine for parade competitions.
Work with the band director on the needs of the color guard and band.
Rehearsing and supervising students.
Maintaining Color Guard equipment.
