Whats the Dealio.....??????

Anyone wanna help me out here? I just saw the list of groups that have been promoted for the 2005 winterguard season and Blue Devils IO isn't on the list... Whats the Dealio? I mean they did in fact get a qualifying score and all, not to mention the silver medal at WGI. So whats up? Why haven't they been promoted to IW?

i don't want to be starting rumors, so if any of the following information i provide is false, please take it as a mistake and don't jump down my throat about it....
from what i've heard, BD is not coming out in the IW class because they can't afford to be a world guard. of course, this is just what i've heard. i admit that my information could be wrong, but i'm just sharing what i know.
