Yeah, I'm so excited about tomorrow too, because it's the last comp (
oh jeez...), but it's just... well... not like nationals. I wish everyone could have gone to Dayton and experienced all that went on there. It's not that So Cal champs are anticlimactic, it's just a whole different feeling. Especially after the physical, mental, and emotional drain of Dayton.
Can't wait though..! Fabulous season, everyone!
Best of skill to all.
Oh, and thanks Raul... You're so cute.
Making my entrance again with my usual flair...

The only thing i regret is that i went this whole season without seeing the one show that i wanted to...Pacific Crest's!!!!!!
Which sux because two of my instructors are on their WG. But for some reason, i still havnt seen their show. Ive only seen it when the two instructors did a run, and what i thought of that was..AWSOME!!!!

I know most you all are talking about the "upper guards" at WGASC Champs but I just wanted to give a BIG props to the Knight HS Winter Guard for their Gold Medal at Championships. They scored an 83.3, which was the highest score of all the RA guards at Champs! What makes it so wonderful is that the Knight Guard is made up of all freshmen and sophomores (last year at Champs, they scored a 60.2 and was estatic just to be performing). The team also learned a great lesson this season...hard work and dedication to the process yields tremendous results.
I am sure Knight will continue to develop and perhaps will be mentioned among the "upper guards" in future posts on this subject!
