Here is my opinion:
Snares: Foothill
Tenors: Foothill (My favorite tenor line i've seen in this circuit in my opinion)
Basses: Fairfield (visual and splits blew me away.)
Cymbals: Fairfield
Pit: Rodriguez (Performance is off the chain Marimba line Especially)

saw Fairfields show.....noticed that the bass visual they do is the exact same visual that James Logan does with their basses..... http://youtu.be/-PQb-vjxTmo (fast forward to 4:42 for visual)

Snares: Foothill Tenors: Foothill Probably my favorite quad line ever. Basses: Fairfield Smokin that was pretty amazing, although in a few years I could see Bella Vista's basses being at the top if they're only a scholastic line and did what they pulled off this year Cymbals: Bella Vista Pit: Rodriguez, I swear it's like they're one person it's ridiculous
Overall though I thought Foothill was pretty amazing their show kept me entertained throughout. Awesome show and Can't wait to see what they're doing next year. next year.
