My name is Jamie Roman. I am currently the director and head instructor at Dublin Independent in Dublin, Ca. I have been a performer for almost twelve years being involved with such groups as the Fairfield High School Open Guard, In Motion Winterguard, The Seattle Cascades Drum and Bugle Corps, Sacramento Mandarins, and the San Jose Raiders World Guard. I have also been teaching since 2003. I taught the M.I.T. Middle and High School Winterguards, Armijo High School (2004-2006), and the Dublin High School Marching colorguard as well as the Independent Winter guard.
It was very unfortunate, due to lack of funds that I did not get to participate in my age out summer in 2008. Since then I have been yearning for some more of the drum corps experience and feel the only way to do that is through teaching.
