For those who haven't heard the latest from Cavalier-land, here's the gist:

Cavalier Personnel Update:

As already announced, Bruno Zuccala submitted his resignation as Corps Director on September 9, 2009. The corps is currently conducting a search for an interim Corps Director.

Scott Atchison will be assuming the position as Brass Caption Head, replacing Dave Bertman, who resigned on August 26. Scott is the Associate Director of Bands at Texas A&M Commerce.

Mike McIntosh will be assuming the position as Battery Percussion Arranger to replace Jim Casella. Mike currently is a Yamaha artist/clinician as well as a signature artist with Innovative Percussion.

Brian Tinkel will be assuming the position as Percussion Caption Head replacing Jim Ancona.

Wow...that's an interesting read. Since I spend VERY little time up on the crap fest known as DCP anymore, I'm curious if the "mudslinging" has something to do with anything on DCP.

Yep...he was director when I was with VK. I think he actually was the one that took the reigns after Don Warren handed them to him.
