For those not going to Indy, here's the next best thing.

So I am wondering something here. Do you think DCI will have their act together enough in time for this event to locate some 3D cameras(yes, ESPN has them) and use them at this event?? DCI in the theater is the next best thing, but imagine watching quarters "Avatar" style. Just mentioning a great option that I am sure all in attendance would enjoy.

Yes. That's 6:30pm Eastern (Indianapolis in not in Central), and there will still be, what, 15 corps to show? 4+ hours.

Perhaps you can persuade the band director that it should be required learning.

We take rehearsal off that day and make a band trip out of it. A lot of bonding goes on and everyone has fun!

believe it or not, but DCI has been using HD cameras the past 3 years, they are just not releasing product in HD
