Charms Office Assistant

Post by chandler760 » Fri Apr 10, 2015 11:24 am

Our booster organization is looking into ways to streamline financial tracking and reporting, collect fees and tracking inventory. My understanding is it can also help with emails, calendar, assignments and things like that.

The Music director is in favor of it and it's our turn to evaluate since it will be purchased by our organization.

Would love to hear your good and/or bad experiences so that we can make an informed decision. I have only found good things on the internet so far but there have to be some concerns out there some where. Security, not worth the cost, customer service, non-intuitive, etc.)

Many Thanks,

I recommend you try the free test drive and decide for yourself.

Chandler,

I asked the same question in the Director's area and it was a positive from everyone that responded. My program is working to roll it out for next fall.

Thanks Mark. Just curious, did your school go with the 1 year or 3 year term?

I just went with the one year as that way the group using it pays for it.
