And if you aren't getting the big sound, go complain to the manager like I did. Some managers are clueless and don't understand that drum corps is not unlike a rock concert--so turn it up dude and rock on!

When I'm rocking on I do...actually, for those that were unlucky enough to sit near me when DCI first started doing these theater things...I am rather, uhhhhh...enthusiastic I believe is the word.
