WBA Contenders 2011

Pretty much an annual issue with James Logan. Never been a rich school, which is why they compete a limited schedule, usually only 4 times a year. They went through this last year, too.

A lot of bands are in that same boat...even though Governor moon beam rejected AB165 we still have to be concerned about fair share donations.

I feel very sad for Logan, a very poor school with a good band & guard. I heard (might not be a trusted source) that the school district tried very hard to help... shutdown their marching program. Will miss them if it's true.
