Informational meeting on Jan. 23rd, California HS in San Ramon 1-3 PM

Apparently, despite their name, only the northern half of California is golden enough. Their mission:

"The mission of this association is for regional Band Directors to have an alternative for professionally adjudicated performance venues in Northern California and the Bay Area for Field Show, Concert, Jazz and Orchestra Performances."

We hope to expand, but for now it is based in Northern California.

I don't want to seem persnickety, but who are the people behind this endeavor? And with options such as CMEA, BOA's extension in northern CA, and others, what need is this organization filling?

November 5th California HS in San Ramon CA
