Summit Winter Guard from Reno, NV will hold auditions on Sat/Sun August 20-21 and 27-28 at North Valleys High School (1470 East Golden valley Road) from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Summit is a CCGC guard and WGI 2005 semi-finalist (in their second year of existance).
This season is going to be EXCITING with the WORLD PREMIER of a new work by international composer and performer Zachary Carrettin (N. Amerian tour with Yanni). The talented design team is back (experience from The Cadets, Pride of Cincinnati, Blue Devils, Vanguard, SJ Raiders, Chimeras, BLAST! and more).
Performers from out of the area who are interested in performing with Summit have options: housing, school (University and Community College), employment (FT, PT, and teaching with local programs).
Summit also has some of the LOWEST member and tour fees of any program in the US!
