Hosting indoor guard show- music

Post by huskyfan68 » Wed Jan 30, 2013 9:58 am

I've been tasked with handling music for our Winterguard home show. We have over 30 guards coming. I will be using the schools sound system but am wondering what media most guards are using for their shows? (CD, MP3, IPOD) etc. I plan on having capability to play all 3 (but am looking for any advice on anything I might be leaving out) ANyone with any suggestions/experience in this- please reply- thanks!

cd or ipod. WGASC has started having performing units download their music onto the website so they have it in the laptop at the show so there is no need for the instructors bring music but for an independently run show i don't know if it would be worth trying to get all the schools to submit soundtracks in advance
