J.W. Koester, Key Poulan, Ike Jackson, and company have done an amazing job with the Mandarins. They are certainly on track to make Finals. If they do, it will be the first time since 1992 that one state has put three or more corps in Finals.

Looks to make Top 12 again in 2019, and maybe climb a little higher.
