Need Help! Sponsoring an event...

There is an unofficial chance that we are going to sponsor the Field Show portion of a parade/fieldshow next fall. It will be the first time this group of band boosters have done this.

We need direction from those of you who have done it!

I'm appealing to you for your guidance on what works best, what doesn't...
We want it to be classy, and we want to make it so that bands want to come back if it's done again.
ALL suggestions are needed and appreciated!
